About the Role
The Customer Fulfillment Manager role at GE Vernova is designed to support the success of the Steam Power Americas team by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, tools, and services to customers. This involves working closely with Customer Service Managers, plants, and customers to understand their needs and manage the fulfillment process effectively. Given the nature of the work, which involves outage planning and logistics, the ability to work remotely and manage digital systems efficiently is crucial.Day-to-day, the role entails managing the billing and collections process for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and timely. This includes placing demands into fulfillment systems, tracking outage progress, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The role also involves supporting Customer Service Managers with outage planning and logistics, which requires strong organizational and communication skills.

What You Will Do
- Manage the cost classification, billing, and collections for assigned customer portfolios.
- Support Customer Service Managers with outage planning and logistics, ensuring that all aspects of the outage are well-coordinated.
- Place timely demands into fulfillment systems to ensure the delivery of necessary parts and services.
- Track outage progress and issue timely and accurate customer billing.
- Manage project controls for outages within the assigned customer base.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to collect time sheets and generate invoices for billing.
- Distribute and collect Customer Feedback surveys to ensure that customer voices are heard and valued.
- Update and maintain accurate input in GE's OneSteam ERP system.
- Support Customer Service Managers in customer communication, outage closeout, and customer relationship deliverables as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting role.
- Knowledge and experience within the power generation services, industrial, or manufacturing industry are highly desirable.
- Domain knowledge of field services requirements and transactional steam turbine, generator, and boiler outages.
- Strong quality background with an understanding of quality control measures in a fulfillment context.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with Field Services Portal (FSP) and/or PowerMax/OneSteam.
- Proficiency in IT systems with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Good financial knowledge and commercial/contractual experience.
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

- Certification in supply chain management or a related field.
- Knowledge of lean principles and their application in a fulfillment context.
