About the Role

The Customer Growth Lead Americas at Immutable is a strategic, high-leverage role that blends commercial problem-solving with hands-on execution. As a key member of the team, you will partner directly with studios across the region to activate growth products and help them scale player acquisition, retention, and monetization on Immutable. Your primary objective will be to diagnose growth bottlenecks, design activation strategies, and operationalize the rollout end-to-end. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Growth, Business Development, Partnerships, and Product, to drive results and achieve business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Work directly with studio partners to diagnose growth challenges and design activation plans
  • Operationalize activation strategies and accelerate partner time to value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by analyzing performance trends and customer behavior
  • Develop and refine growth playbooks and scalable growth programs for future customers
  • Act as the strategic point of escalation for high-value partners and ensure delivery meets commercial expectations
  • Continuously refine how studios adopt and scale Immutable's growth products
  • Partner with Product and Delivery teams to drive growth and improve customer outcomes
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the gaming and web3 landscape

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience driving commercial outcomes for customers in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
  • 2+ years in top-tier strategy consulting with a proven track record of solving complex commercial or go-to-market challenges
  • Strong problem-solving toolkit with the ability to quickly define a challenge, design a model, and turn the answer into an executable plan
  • Hands-on experience activating or scaling go-to-market initiatives within a tech or gaming context
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders
  • Bias for action, with comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing momentum
  • High learning velocity and curiosity for gaming and web3, with motivation to apply strategic thinking to emerging growth models
  • Proactive, energetic style suited to autonomous, high-impact roles where results matter more than theatrics
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
