About the Role
The Customer Marketing Manager will lead existing customer marketing and communications programs, developing meaningful technology stories that support business goals. This role involves working with Pagerduty customer champions to discover new ways to gain value from the product and solutions.Responsibilities
- Lead customer reference activities, including case studies, video testimonials, and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product marketers, PR/AR/IR, sales, and customer success to tell public stories with customers.
- Provide support for the annual PagerDuty Summit, where digital operations leaders share their learnings.
