About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Flag Theory, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the post-sale journey of company incorporation across various jurisdictions.Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale customer journey for company incorporation services.
- Guide clients through KYC requirements and jurisdiction-specific documentation.
- Maintain clear communication via email and phone; resolve client issues swiftly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for service delivery.
- Update standard operating procedures for onboarding workflows.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality checks and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate services or company incorporation.
- Proven knowledge of KYC processes and compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Empathy and client orientation with proactive problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years of remote work experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Must be based in a European timezone (UTC to UTC+3).
