What You Will Do
- Write thoughtful and empathetic replies to customer emails using our help desk software
- Provide precise and succinct answers to complex customer questions
- Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless support and experience
- Use Excel to analyze data and provide insights to the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in startup law and customer operations
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements
- Participate in regular feedback sessions to continuously improve performance
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Clerky's products and services
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the relevant teams
