About the Role

The Customer Operations & Writing Specialist will be the primary point of contact for Clerky's customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success. This role is critical to the company's mission, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer, able to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries, as well as develop and maintain help center articles.

The Customer Operations & Writing Specialist will work closely with the engineering team to resolve software issues and develop new solutions to improve the customer experience. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and help desk software
  • Develop and maintain help center articles to provide customers with self-service support options
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve software issues and develop new solutions
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to inform future product updates
  • Develop and manage new ways for customers to complete tasks using Clerky's software
  • Work with the customer success team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
