About the Role
The Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM) plays a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction at GE Vernova. As a CPM, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth. What You Will Do
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external organizations, managing customer relationships and communications

- Manage customer portfolios, including sales, marketing, and customer service activities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular customer reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and drive growth
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products and services
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of GE Vernova's products and services
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a technical or engineering field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, with the ability to develop and execute growth plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business applications
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, meeting with customers and internal stakeholders as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business growth
