About the Role
The Customer Program Manager is a critical component of Nexxa.AI's customer delivery engine, responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role entails managing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams and sites. The successful candidate will be a skilled program manager with experience in managing cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of project management principles.As a key member of the delivery team, the Customer Program Manager will work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure that customer expectations are met and that the delivery process is streamlined and efficient. This role requires a high degree of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The Customer Program Manager will report to the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously. What You Will Do
- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and sites to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards
- Track progress and identify potential risks and issues, escalating to the Delivery Manager as necessary
- Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure that customer expectations are met and that the delivery process is streamlined and efficient
- Manage and maintain project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, to ensure that project deliverables are met
- Develop and deliver internal status reports to the Chief Product Officer
- Manage and maintain delivery governance artifacts, including project plans, feedback/release trackers, and QA checklists
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery management
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in managing projects in the AI or tech industry
- Knowledge of AI development principles and methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based project management tools
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
