What You Will Do
- Lead multiple customer projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and in scope
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing expectations, and providing updates
- Build and manage project plans, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
- Coordinate engineering, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Translate technical solutions into clear, customer-friendly updates
- Track progress, manage change, and report on milestones and KPIs
- Conduct regular status meetings with customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
What We Are Looking For
- Experience delivering customer-facing projects in cloud, hosting, managed services, data centers, or IT infrastructure
- Solid understanding of cloud, networking, and/or virtualization concepts
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to Have
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Experience working with enterprise or global customers
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or Smartsheet
- Experience in a similar role within the digital infrastructure industry
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
