Job Description

About the Role

Supabase is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer to ensure a pro-active and partnership-driven approach towards reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction for our largest and most strategically important customers.

Responsibilities

  • Apply SRE principles to Customer Success, enabling customers and team members to monitor and proactively assist our most important customers
  • Detect issues commonly occurring in the platform and work with teams to ensure their priority is recognised
  • Proactively find improvements in the platform and methods of implementation that can unblock them
  • Work with customers to utilise features that might not be in the platform, or on the roadmap

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SRE principles and HubSpot
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Customer Success
