About the Role

AutoHDR is seeking a Customer Retention Manager to join their team. The company is a leading AI startup in real estate media, editing 25% of all US real estate listings.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer retention and build systems, automations, and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Call unsubscribed customers to collect feedback and conduct winback processes
  • Consult customers on issue prevention and share upcoming product updates
  • Proactively collect feedback and mitigate churn risks

Requirements

  • Background working with real estate photographers or editing companies
  • Understanding of HDR or flambient real estate photo workflows
  • Perfect English fluency and no accent
  • Full-time schedule (US business hours)
