What You Will Do
- Respond to inbound customer service calls and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and respect
- Input standard customer requests into company systems
- Effectively respond to initial customer requests and involve cross-functional assistance to resolve issues as needed
- Log and record information about customer support interactions, inputting information into company systems and updating information in a timely and accurate manner
- Enter service and route data into the computer for billing and route scheduling purposes
- Exemplify high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
What We Are Looking For
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or other customer service-related environment
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of phone interactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success
- Knowledge of the waste management industry (preferable)
- Bilingual skills (preferable)
Nice to Have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using bilingual skills in a business environment
- Internal CRC National Accounts or higher-level tier experience
