Workday is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide quality service to employees, members, providers, and clients.Responsibilities
- Respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claim status, and more.
- Navigate multiple system applications and resources to accurately respond to inquiries.
- Document all inquiries and actions taken using applicable software applications.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience.
