About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at RG&T Solutions, you will be integral to the company's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences through national focus groups and clinical trial studies. What You Will Do
- Participate in national focus groups to gather insights on various products and services

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services being researched
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide support

What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology, including but not limited to, customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
