Job Description

About the Role

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to oversee a team of Customer Solutions Architects. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of Supabase across various customers, from startups to established brands.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion
  • Create onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs
  • Ensure CSAs deliver successful outcomes and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts
  • Work directly with strategic customers during complex escalations or critical onboarding milestones

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot and Excel
  • Strong technical and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a cloud-based backend solutions company
