Job Description

About the Role

The Customer Success Account Manager role at Adobe is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team and drive customer success across the APAC EMEA region. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring that they achieve their goals using Adobe's Creativity & Productivity products.

The role is based in Noida, India, and will involve working with a diverse range of customers across the APAC EMEA region. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the local market and be able to navigate complex customer relationships with ease. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your customers, and your ability to build trust and rapport will be crucial to your success.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the APAC EMEA region
  • Identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide tailored solutions to customers to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe's Creativity & Productivity products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that customers are receiving the best possible solutions
  • Manage a large customer set and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience in selling SAAS solutions preferred
  • Proven ability to manage a large customer set and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong understanding of the SAAS solutions landscape and the ability to lead value-based customer conversations
  • Demonstrated quick learning ability and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, follow-through, and documentation skills
  • International sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Adobe's Creativity & Productivity products
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and the latest trends and developments
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com or other CRM systems
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as a CPSA or CMPS
