About the Role

The Customer Success Advisor role at TestGorilla is a part-time position that plays a critical role in the company's mission to help one billion people land their dream job. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of small to medium-sized business (SMB) accounts, focusing on the Americas region, including Canada and Latin America. Your primary goal will be to build strong, lasting relationships with customers, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction through the effective use of AI tools and data-driven insights.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 SMB accounts, focusing on customer health, product adoption, and relationship building.
  • Leverage AI tools and automated playbooks to efficiently manage your portfolio and optimize daily workflows.
  • Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand customer needs and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain deep, multi-threaded partnerships with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your accounts.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop and implement best practices for customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor customer health closely to increase deep product adoption and expand the use of TestGorilla features across your accounts.
  • Represent TestGorilla in a professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer success strategies.
