Ramp is seeking a Customer Success and Implementations Manager to join its Juno team. As Juno scales, delivering high-quality customer experiences is critical. This role involves partnering cross-functionally across the business to drive meaningful impact for Juno customers.Responsibilities
- Manage customers from kickoff to go-live to expansion, ensuring smooth launches and strong adoption
- Build trusted relationships and step into strategic conversations as customer complexity grows
- Lead technical discussions and serve as a long-term partner to customers
