About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate at Sendoso, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with the Account Management team to develop and execute strategic plans that promote customer success and expansion.

The Customer Success Associate role is critical to Sendoso's success, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and prioritize multiple tasks will be essential in achieving your goals. What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and churn by leveraging data and customer insights
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to develop and execute growth strategies for your book of business
  • Provide industry and platform expertise to help customers derive valuable insights from Sendoso's products
  • Partner with customers to develop customized success plans that drive adoption and achieve desired outcomes
  • Manage the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success team
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features and benefits of Sendoso's products
  • Analyze customer data to develop communication strategies that drive the greatest impact at scale
  • Project manage the customer journey using internal and external resources as needed
  • Run a high-touch process with customers to ensure they are realizing the full potential of Sendoso's platform

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the Martech industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within customer organizations at the Champion and decision-making level
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and other Customer Success technology tools
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging resources within the organization to achieve goals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tableau, PlanHat, or other data analytics tools
  • Certification in Customer Success or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and market research in the Martech and SaaS sectors
