About the Role
The Customer Success role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to partner with enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe, driving the adoption of the company's AI-powered platform. As the first dedicated Customer Success role in the region, this position will play a crucial part in building and executing a tailored strategy for the company's expansion in the area. The role will involve collaborating with customers to understand their needs, developing and implementing onboarding and enablement tactics, and analyzing product usage and performance signals to identify areas for improvement.As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for measuring success through Net Revenue Retention and New Product Expansion, with a strong emphasis on sustained multi-product adoption. You will also work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership teams to drive technical success and durable revenue growth. With a focus on building and executing a playbook, rather than simply following one, this role is ideal for a self-motivated and adaptable professional who is excited to make a lasting impact.
The role will be part of a high-velocity team with a lean and autonomous structure, where minimal bureaucracy allows for rapid experimentation and innovation. What You Will Do
- Partner with enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe to drive the adoption of the Elevenlabs platform
- Develop and execute tailored onboarding and enablement tactics for multiple products
- Analyze product usage and performance signals to identify friction points and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies for sustained multi-product adoption
- Measure success through Net Revenue Retention and New Product Expansion
- Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership teams to drive technical success and durable revenue growth
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewals and upsells
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and customer success
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
- Proven track record of driving adoption and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the Central and Eastern European market and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
- Experience with GTM and Excel, with the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and models
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the business and market context
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered customer success platforms and tools
- Knowledge of the Polish and Russian languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in these languages
- Experience working in a high-velocity team with a lean and autonomous structure
