About the Role

Mixpanel is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Digital Programs Manager to design, build, and run digital programs that support a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver on customer value
  • Develop and execute onboarding, adoption, and engagement programs for scaled customers
  • Continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
