About the Role

The Customer Success Director, Strategic Accounts is a key member of the Account Management Team at First Advantage, responsible for growing revenue in strategic accounts through sales of First Advantage products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear strategic account management plans detailing customer information, industries, and RISK history
  • Track revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives within named accounts
  • Identify additional products or solutions First Advantage can provide
