About the Role
As a Customer Success Engineer at Nutrient, you will be part of a dynamic team that empowers developers and innovators to create impactful software solutions. What You Will Do
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to customers, helping them succeed in building with Nutrient's products
- Troubleshoot challenging implementation issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve the developer experience
- Jointly own customer relationships, guiding developers through integrations and helping them maximize the value of Nutrient's products
- Deliver excellent developer-focused support, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their issues
- Improve public documentation, API references, and code samples to make adoption of Nutrient's products easy and enjoyable
- Contribute to automated tests, internal tooling, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive customer success
- Develop and maintain expertise in Nutrient's products and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations
- Work with customers to understand their broader use cases, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their goals
- Advocate for customers and internal teams, ensuring that issues are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner

- Certification in software development, technical support, or a related field
