About the Role

The Customer Success role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the company's AI-driven solutions and how they can be leveraged to drive business outcomes for clients in the LATAM region. As a key member of the customer success team, you will work closely with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimize conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through the process of integrating these agents with existing systems and ensuring seamless user experiences.

The role is highly dynamic and requires a strong ability to analyze performance data, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies that enhance accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction. You will also be responsible for expanding existing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Partner directly with enterprise clients in the LATAM region to design and deploy conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform.
  • Advise clients on best practices for agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization.
  • Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent accuracy, user experience, and reliability at scale.
  • Guide clients through the integration of agents with existing data sources and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, to drive technical success into durable revenue growth and long-term customer commitment.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives to existing clients.
  • Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, with a focus on net revenue retention and sustained multi-product adoption.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer success strategies.
  • Participate in the development of case studies, success stories, and other content that showcases the value of Elevenlabs' solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in the SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML sectors, with a focus on the Spanish LATAM region.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience with building and deploying conversational agents or similar AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, as well as cloud-based technologies.
