What You Will Do

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of advertising partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to their campaigns and platform utilization.
  • Develop and execute tailored onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Openai's advertising solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that enhance advertiser outcomes and platform revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for partnership expansion, leveraging data-driven insights to inform growth strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations, to address partner needs, resolve issues, and enhance the platform's value proposition.
  • Gather, analyze, and present feedback from advertisers to inform product development, improve user experience, and guide long-term strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes and best practices that support the growth and maturity of Openai's advertising ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging opportunities in digital advertising, applying this knowledge to continuously improve partner satisfaction and platform competitiveness.
  • Participate in the development of educational materials, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at empowering advertisers to maximize their use of the platform.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving mutual growth.

  • Experience with data analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
