About the Role
The Customer Success Manager role at CipherHealth is a strategic partnership position, where you will work closely with health system executives and clinical leaders to achieve measurable outcomes through the company's care coordination platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, technical fluency, and the ability to lead high-stakes conversations that drive business growth and customer retention. As a key member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with executive and clinical staff, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to expand customer partnerships.Day-to-day, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide training and support, and ensure the successful implementation of CipherHealth's platform. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer retention and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health system executives and clinical leaders
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of CipherHealth's care coordination platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
- Identify and mitigate risks to customer relationships and develop strategies to resolve issues
- Develop and deliver customer success plans, including metrics and benchmarks for success
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in care coordination and patient engagement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical, operational, and financial aspects
- Technical fluency, with experience working with healthcare technology platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive and clinical staff
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and develop strategic plans
- Experience working with AI-powered care coordination solutions
