About the Role

The Customer Success Management team at Gitlab focuses on aligning with customers' desired business outcomes, enabling them on their existing use cases, and expanding into additional use cases to ensure ongoing customer return-on-investment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives
  • Guide customers on the Gitlab platform, best practices, and use cases
  • Act as the Gitlab liaison for customer questions, issues, or escalations
  • Own a book of assigned customers, with a focus on increasing adoption
