About the Role

Linear is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help manage relationships with top customers. As a key member of the team, you will champion customers' needs and ensure they realize the full value of Linear across their organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at Linear's largest customers
  • Become a product expert across Linear's core platform, integrations, and API
  • Lead onboarding, configuration, and ongoing enablement
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating customer needs into actionable product feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • SaaS and startup experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
