What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in customer success

- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
