About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Gitlab, you will play a key role in helping customers realize the full value of the DevSecOps platform. This involves driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term advocacy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, guiding them on Git, branching strategies, software development lifecycle, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers
  • Connect customer goals with Gitlab capabilities
  • Lead workshops and Centers of Excellence efforts
  • Translate product usage data into clear, actionable recommendations for customers and Gitlab account teams

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adjust and Excel
  • Experience in driving customer success and adoption in a similar role
