Job Description
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at GoodTime, you will collaborate closely with Small Business and Mid-Market customers to streamline their recruiting processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure customers have a positive experience with GoodTime's scheduling automation.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement success plans tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Facilitate product adoption and enable user education.
- Gather feedback and communicate customer needs to Product & Engineering teams.
- Work collaboratively to drive customer renewals and expansions.
Requirements
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in product adoption strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
