About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at PointClickCare, you will play a pivotal role in managing and providing world-class partnerships to clients, ensuring they optimize the use and value of PointClickCare's solutions. This position will involve building, growing, and expanding client relationships at all levels, identifying and maintaining critical contacts across various functional areas of the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage product and industry knowledge to clearly communicate the company vision and meet customer goals.The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying organizational goals, and providing guidance to clients to achieve successful and valuable outcomes. This role will also involve conducting business reviews with key contacts and decision-makers to drive further adoption and increase the value of PointClickCare solutions.
Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, the successful candidate will be an integral part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
What You Will Do
- Build, grow, and expand client relationships at all levels, identifying and maintaining critical contacts across various functional areas of the organization
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve overall customer success and satisfaction
- Leverage product and industry knowledge to clearly communicate the company vision and meet customer goals
- Conduct business reviews with key contacts and decision-makers to drive further adoption and increase the value of PointClickCare solutions
- Work with clients to understand their objectives and align those with PointClickCare solutions
- Consult with clients to solve problems by having value-based conversations
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to advocate on behalf of customers and maximize expansion, adoption, and retention of subscriptions
- Maintain an understanding of PointClickCare's products and services, industry knowledge, and trends to drive customer engagement
- Travel to various PointClickCare and client locations as required (25-50%)
