About the Role
The Customer Success Management team at Gitlab focuses on aligning with customers' desired business outcomes, enabling them on their existing use cases, and expanding into additional use cases.Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives
- Guide customers on the GitLab platform, best practices, and use cases
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and the GitLab ecosystem, streamlining collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services.

- Knowledge of the GitLab platform and common best practices
- Ability to understand customer needs and drive adoption of the platform
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
