About the Role
Common Room is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with mid-market customers, including Figma, Confluent, and Notion, to maximize the value they get from using Common Room.Responsibilities
- Build and nurture client relationships with key stakeholders and executives
- Drive customer ROI by proactively engaging with customers to understand their goals
- Serve as the customer’s internal advocate, working closely with product, sales, education, and marketing teams
