About the Role
The Customer Success Manager position at Adelaide is a pivotal role that oversees client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering strong partnerships. This involves managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, supporting them before, during, and after campaigns, and driving the adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across brands, agencies, and partners in media planning and buying.Day-to-day activities include collaborating with the Sales and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reports and ensure seamless campaign execution. The role is part of a dynamic and client-focused team dedicated to delivering value and insights through Adelaide's measurement solutions.

What You Will Do
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure a seamless experience and foster strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with Sales and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reports and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Drive the adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across brands, agencies, and partners in media planning and buying.
- Foster strong client relationships and leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and expand Adelaide's footprint.
- Deliver support before, during, and after campaigns to key clients.
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in attention measurement and activation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for customer success.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and planning.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, adtech, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data insights and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with the adtech ecosystem and current industry trends.
Nice to Have
- Experience with attention measurement and activation.
- Knowledge of additional adtech tools and platforms.
- Certification in Google DV360 or The Trade Desk.
