About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage performance and influencer marketing accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead optimization, retention, and growth planning efforts to achieve client goals
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Product team to translate client requirements into actionable inputs and drive product improvements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and improve processes

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-7 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Experience managing performance-based accounts, including e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or similar environments
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights
  • Exposure to SaaS or product environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements
