About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will own client relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring renewals and growth.Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding sessions and establish success criteria
- Configure accounts, deliver product training, and ensure smooth implementation
- Manage a portfolio of 20–40 active accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews
- Identify at-risk accounts and execute playbooks to re-engage them
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to align on goals and ROI
