Job Description
## About the Role As a Customer Success Manager at Classe365, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients in the education sector. Your primary focus will be on managing sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our users. You will be working closely with educators who have shown interest in our Student Information System and Learning Management System, aiming to convert leads into paying subscribers. The role is dynamic, requiring you to be highly organized and adaptable, with a strong ability to communicate the value of our products to potential clients.
The success of our clients is paramount, and as a Customer Success Manager, you will be on the front line, ensuring that they have a seamless onboarding experience. You will spend your days making around 70-80 phone calls to educators, giving product demos, and addressing any questions or concerns they might have. Your goal will be to meet and beat your sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction rates. Given the nature of the role, you will need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

## What You Will Do - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails to educators.
- Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our Student Information System and Learning Management System.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest new product features.
- Work closely with our customer support team to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide input on product development to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the education sector.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and the challenges faced by educators and institutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Certification in sales or a related field.
