About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Wholesail, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's customer success function. This is not a traditional Customer Success Manager role, where you follow a playbook and track renewal dates. Instead, you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated customers, drive real business outcomes, and go deep on a complex product. Your accounts will rely on complex accounting systems and operational workflows, requiring you to understand how those systems work and how Wholesail's product fits into them.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop and deliver training and support programs to ensure customer adoption and success

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and revenue growth through customer success initiatives
  • Strong understanding of complex accounting systems and operational workflows
  • Experience working with fintech and enterprise software products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and metrics
  • Experience working with remote teams and customers, with a strong focus on digital communication and collaboration
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies, with a keen interest in leveraging these tools to drive customer success
