About the Role
The Customer Success role at Elevenlabs is a critical component of the company's mission to transform how businesses interact with technology. As a key partner to enterprise customers, this position involves hands-on execution, advising on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to deliver clear business outcomes in production environments. The Customer Success team at Elevenlabs is crucial in driving expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, with success measured by net revenue retention and sustained multi-product adoption.

What You Will Do
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform
- Advise customers on best practices for agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization
- Guide customers through the process of integrating agents with existing data sources and systems
- Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize agent performance, accuracy, and user experience
- Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and customer success
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Middle East region
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience with building and deploying conversational agents or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform customer success strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal bureaucracy
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
