About the Role
The Customer Success role at BETA Climbing is a unique opportunity to join a fully remote and dynamic team, working closely with clients from around the world to ensure their success with our software. As a key member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for managing client onboarding, providing support, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision. If you have a strong background in customer success, are fluent in Spanish or French, and have experience working with Excel and Google Sheets, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Manage client onboarding, including direct communication with facilities worldwide
- Assist with the onboarding process, taking meetings with new clients, and understanding the onboarding process in full
- Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Provide customer triage, ensuring timely responses during working hours
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the Product and Dev teams, translating user feedback into actionable input
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, its features, and user workflows
- Contribute to ongoing product improvement by participating in planning sessions, product reviews, and usability feedback cycles
- Record videos and write scripts, including basic video editing
- Attend conferences in EU, USA, and Asia to demonstrate BETA to potential clients
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in English, with the ability to write and communicate effectively
- Fluency in Spanish or French
- Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort with working remotely and managing time effectively
- Experience with customer success or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of the climbing industry
