About the Role

What You Will Do
- Provide best-in-class customer support, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer concerns and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase products and services, including the company's crypto and blockchain offerings.
- Utilize data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Proactively identify customer needs, simplifying the customer experience, reducing friction, and strengthening trust in Coinbase.
- Champion clear communication with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive results.
- Work closely with the customer success team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including changes in the macro crypto environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, including Coinbase products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the language.
