What You Will Do
- Drive customer success outcomes, including renewal rates, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to individual customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive customer success
- Provide training and support to customers, including onboarding and professional services
- Manage customer relationships, including regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer accounts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends
- Create and deliver sales-related advice and strategies to customers
- Measure and track key customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction and net promoter score
- Participate in weekly webinars and contribute to the development of customer success best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop case studies and customer success stories
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer success or account management
- Strong grasp of technology, including software and process, with expertise in Excel
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with experience in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
