Job Description
About the Role
As a Customer Success Technician at Teleo, you will engage with mining and construction clients to install, integrate, and sustain our innovative robotics technology on heavy equipment.Responsibilities
- Measure and integrate mechanical and electrical components.
- Install and optimize on-equipment systems and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues.
- Support new vehicle, control station, and network deployments.
- Perform routine maintenance and service visits.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Technician or Mechanic role.
- Experience in industries such as Mining, Construction, Mechanical, or Automotive.
- Familiarity with integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use electrical test instruments like multimeters.
- Proficiency in using computers and software tools for documentation.
- Capability to work with power tools and perform mechanical assemblies.
- Physically fit for field work, including lifting tasks.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems, including rework and splicing.
- Comfort with working from technical drawings and schematics.
