As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the platform. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support to Max Retail's customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be working in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential.The customer support team is the backbone of Max Retail's operation, and as a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience and contribute to the growth of the company.
What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
- Manage customer orders and issues on partner channels and Max Retail's platform
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary
- Resolve product and service incidents efficiently and professionally
- Create shipping labels and manage the return process
- Follow up with customers on inventory, orders, and shipments as needed
- Assist in optimizing the customer experience department to achieve business and operational objectives
- Communicate performance expectations to sellers and provide support to ensure their success
- Work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
- Utilize Excel to track and analyze customer data and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the retail industry
