About the Role
The Customer Support & Nutrition Specialist role at Avomind is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for nutrition science with your customer service skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based nutritional counseling and support to customers, while also contributing to the development of personalized health and wellness solutions. The role entails working closely with the Science Team, Product Development, and Marketing to ensure a holistic approach to customer care.Day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for customers with nutrition-related inquiries, responding to emails, chats, social media, and phone calls in a friendly, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable manner. Your expertise in nutrition science will be essential in providing sound advice on nutrition, supplementation, and longevity. You will also support the creation and quality assurance of content, such as FAQ pages, newsletters, and service articles, to communicate knowledge in a clear and engaging way.

What You Will Do
- Provide customer service with substance, responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone
- Offer evidence-based counseling on nutrition, supplementation, and longevity
- Support the creation and quality assurance of content, such as FAQ pages, newsletters, and service articles
- Systematically gather customer feedback, identify patterns or trends in inquiries, and derive suggestions for improving products, processes, and services
- Maintain and further develop internal and external knowledge bases to provide efficient and reliable information
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Science Team, Product Development, and Marketing, to holistically optimize the service experience
- Work closely with external partners along the value chain to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition science and digital health solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Completed degree in Nutrition Science, Ecotrophology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field of nutrition
- Native-level Italian, and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- French language skills are desired
- Experience in customer service, support, or customer communication is ideal
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
- Structured and self-reliant working style
- Confidence in using digital tools, such as helpdesk systems, CRM, and Google Suite
- Other language skills, such as German, are a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in content creation and review
- Knowledge of digital health solutions and personalized coaching
- Familiarity with longevity and wellbeing principles
- Certification in nutrition or a related field
- Experience working in a remote team environment
