As a Customer Support & Nutrition Specialist, you will be working with customers to provide personalized coaching and lifestyle management solutions, helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
What You Will Do
- Provide customer support through email, chat, social media, and phone, responding to customer inquiries in a friendly, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable manner
- Offer evidence-based nutritional counseling to customers, using expertise in nutrition science to provide sound advice on nutrition, supplementation, and longevity
- Support the creation and quality assurance of content such as FAQ pages, newsletters, and service articles, ensuring that knowledge is communicated in a clear and engaging way
- Systematically gather customer feedback, identify patterns or trends in inquiries, and derive suggestions for improving products, processes, and services
- Maintain and further develop internal and external knowledge bases to provide customers and colleagues with efficient and reliable information
- Collaborate with other teams, including the Science Team, Product Development, and Marketing, to optimize the service experience
- Work closely with external partners along the value chain to ensure seamless customer support
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and nutrition counseling
What We Are Looking For
- Completed degree in Nutrition Science, Ecotrophology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field of nutrition
- Native-level Italian language skills, with good English language skills (both written and spoken)
- French language skills are desirable
- Experience in customer service, support, or customer communication is ideal
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
- Structured and self-reliant working style, with confidence in using digital tools such as helpdesk systems, CRM, and Google Suite
- Other language skills, such as German, are a plus
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
