About the Role

AutoHDR is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team, focusing on delivering exceptional support for their AI real estate photo editing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound support queries, solving problems clearly and efficiently
  • Handle quality issues, flagged shoots, human edit requests, and account-related problems
  • Identify and route bugs, churn risks, sales opportunities, and onboarding issues appropriately

Requirements
