About the Role

Comply is seeking a polished and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. As a liaison between Technical Support and Product Teams, you will advocate for client needs, manage account activation implementations, and gather customer feedback to improve processes.

  • Review and interpret data, identifying discrepancies and uploading accurately into the Comply platform
  • Prioritize incoming customer support cases in a high-volume environment
