What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
  • Assist with internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
  • Engage with the online community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
  • Act as a Youtooz brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and values
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide feedback and insights to the team on customer trends and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in internet culture and social media trends
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Youtooz products and services
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams, such as technical or logistical issues

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Experience with high-volume and fast-paced customer support
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for customer support and internet culture
  • Strong written English skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
